How it works

  1. Add the PDF that's giving you trouble, won't open, shows a blank page, or errors out in another viewer.
  2. Click "Attempt Repair". The file is re-parsed as leniently as possible, tolerating invalid objects and a broken cross-reference table, then rebuilt into a fresh, clean PDF.
  3. If it works, download the repaired copy.

Be realistic about what this can fix. It recovers files with a broken or missing cross-reference table, dangling object references, or other structural damage, common results of an interrupted save, a buggy export, or a botched download. It cannot recover data that's genuinely gone, like a truncated file cut off mid-download, or bytes that were actually overwritten. If this tool can't parse enough of the file to rebuild it, you'll get a clear error rather than a silently broken download.
