How it works

This checks for wordlists and phrase patterns only, there's no AI model, no server call and no data leaves your browser. It flags the mechanical stuff (banned words, filler phrases, overused em dashes, cliché structures like "it's not X, it's Y"), it can't judge tone, rhythm or whether a metaphor lands, that still needs a human read. Rules adapted from the open-source no-ai-slop project by Peter Yang (MIT licensed).
