How to make a free printable calendar PDF
Most calendar templates online are either a locked-down image you can't write on, or a spreadsheet you have to fight with to print properly. A plain PDF, one page per month, with real empty space in each day, works better for pinning to a wall, printing for a planner, or loading onto a tablet to annotate.
Step by step
- Open Calendar Generator and set the year.
- Choose whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday, and A4 or Letter page size.
- Optionally list dates to mark, one per line, birthdays and anniversaries usually don't need a year attached.
- Click "Create Calendar PDF", you get 12 pages, one per month, ready to print.
A few practical tips
