How to rotate, delete and reorder PDF pages

Every scanner app produces the occasional sideways page, blank cover sheet, or pages saved in the wrong order. None of that requires re-scanning the whole document, a page-level editor is enough to fix it in place.

Step by step

  1. Open Organise PDF Pages and add your file, every page renders as a thumbnail.
  2. To reorder: drag a thumbnail to its new position.
  3. To rotate: use the ⟲ / ⟳ buttons on a page, each click turns it 90°.
  4. To remove: click ✕ to mark a page for deletion (click again to bring it back if you change your mind before saving).
  5. Click "Save PDF" once everything looks right.

A few practical tips

  • Nothing is final until you save. Rotations and deletions are just marks on the working copy, you can undo a deletion by clicking ✕ again, right up until you click "Save PDF."
  • Only need to pull a few pages out, not reorganize the rest? Split PDF is faster for that, pick the pages you want and extract them directly.
  • Rotation is per-page, not global. If half your scan is sideways and half isn't, that's fine, rotate only the pages that need it.
